OUR STRUCTURE
The Ghana SRHR Alliance for young people is governed by a Board Policy Manual (Constitution of the Alliance). The organization has functional structures including the National Governing Board (NGB), Youth Advisory Board (YAB), Technical Working Group and Secretariat.
National Governing Board (NGB)
The Ghana SRHR Alliance is led by a six (6) member National Governing Body made up of the heads of all founding member organizations and three youth representatives. The National Governing Body (NGB) is the highest decision-making body of the GH Alliance with responsibility for strategic and policy direction as well as financial oversight and governance issues of the Alliance with the secretary being the Executive Secretary.
National Secretariat
The national secretariat is headed by the Executive Secretary and supported by the Finance and Administrative Manager, Partnership and Advocacy Manager, Resource Mobilization, Research and Learning Manager. The Secretariat is supported by four Working Teams with each Team having one representative from each member organization.
Technical Working Group
There are different technical working groups and teams to support on the coordination and deepen member relations and work. These Working Teams are Programme Management Team, PMEL/OR Team, Advocacy / Communication Team, and Resource Mobilization Team.
